CCP Mission Statement:

To provide an environment that promotes and nurtures student learning and practice of leadership, social responsibility, programming, and interpersonal skill building. The conceptual framework of the Community Center Program synthesizes the theories and practices of student development in the residential environment, academic arena, and larger Cornell community within the global context. Through a dynamic and ever evolving programmatic model, Community Center Programs brings student communities together to: 1) provide a sense of belonging; 2) gain an understanding of and an appreciation for diversity; and 3) serve as a nexus for academic inquiry, student organizations, and student services.
