Jansen's Dining Room, at the heart of West Campus, boasts a myriad of dining experiences. Try our Pizza & Pasta station, featuring Neopolitan -Style hand stretched pizza, creatively topped & stone hearth baked in full view of our customers, just like your favorite pizzeria. Our pasta station, "Tavola d'Italia", highlights the varied regional sauces of Italy and the Far East. Everything from a Creamy Garlic with Mussels to a fusion of Vegetable & Tofu Curry over Buckwheat noodles. Traditionalists will find hot entrees, a Short Order grill, salad & dessert selections daily.

Jansen's Front of House features a multi-faceted interactive cooking station. The Deli features a wide array of quality meats, "Plainville Turkey" a regional producer of turkey breast products, cheeses & house-made salads to construct a sandwich or wrap. Have your sandwich creation grilled on our Pannini machine. Salad by Design is a unique concept that allows our guests to choose from the freshest of mixed greens. Choose from 24 rotating toppings, 12 salad dressings or just a splash of olive oil & balsamic vinegar for a completely personalized salad for either lunch or dinner. The fragrant aromas of East Asia greet Jansen's guests as they line up for their personalized Stir-Fry or add a side of kim chee to their Korean BBQ. General Tao is at Jansen's five days a week and welcomes all to try a bowl of fragrant Jasmine Rice or fresh Lo mein to complement their entree.
