Cornell Dining Nutritionist

Do you have questions about nutrition?

Cornell Dining's on-staff Nutritionist is available to speak to students about a variety of nutrition issues.

Whether you are interested in discussing food allergies, weight management, portion control, or nutrition programming, our goal is to help students be aware of the variety of healthy options at our eateries.

Michele Wilbur, RD, CDN, is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist. She works individually with students who have specific dietary requirements, or just have questions about what to eat on campus, and with parents regarding their son or daughter’s special needs. Michele is passionate about food and wants to help each student make the best choices for their health and lifestyle.

You can find Michele at North Star, the dining facility in Appel Commons. For questions, email her at mw287 or call her at 254-2389. Keep an eye out for Michele’s ongoing nutrition programs at Houses, community centers, and residence halls!

For students who want more individual nutrition counseling, visit the Gannett Health Center. Gannett’s Cornell Healthy Eating Program (CHEP) provides high quality, integrated medical, psychological and nutritional services for all undergraduate and graduate students to address their eating issues.
